No return or refund is possible on perfumes. If the perfume order hasn’t been shipped then a refund can be done subject to a deduction of payment gateway charges of 2.5%.
Jewelry
Returns and refunds are only applicable for orders of jewelry already in stock. Customized orders are not applicable for return or refund.
15-day refund of order that is available in stock: In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return,
– you should mail your query to: info@garava.in. Once your return is approved, you will be informed on how to ship the jewelry back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to Garava without informing us beforehand.
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the cost of insurance. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount and shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
– Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Refunds will be made for any canceled orders. Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled to a full refund subject to a deduction of payment gateway charges of 2.5%. Orders canceled 24 hours after placing the order will lead to a Processing Charge of Rs. 1000 that will be borne by the customer along with 2.5% payment gateway charges.
– If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
– Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are returning an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts – if an order is marked as a gift to you and you wish to return the order, in this case, you will receive a credit that you can utilize later.
If the product is not as per the satisfaction of the customer, then please contact us within 2 days of delivery. If it is mutually agreed to return the product shipped to us for inspection. The cost of the shipment is to be borne by the customer.
Once the cash refund is approved by our team, the customer will receive the payment refund in 3-5 working days. Payment refund will be done in the same mode that the payment was made to us
